2. Products

We specialize in the sale of collectible products related to Trading Card Games (TCGs), including single cards, sealed booster packs, booster boxes, accessories, and other related items.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Product Condition

Single cards may be classified according to the following condition standards:

  • Mint (M)

  • Near Mint (NM)

  • Lightly Played (LP)

  • Moderately Played (MP)

  • Heavily Played (HP)

  • Damaged (DMG)

Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual condition may vary slightly within the stated grading category.

4. Sealed Products

Sealed booster packs, booster boxes, and other sealed products are sold exactly as provided by the manufacturer.

We do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific, rare, or high-value cards within sealed products.

Pull rates and card distribution are determined solely by the manufacturer.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Irish law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

6. Orders and Payments

Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Obvious pricing errors.

  • Product unavailability.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

7. Shipping

We ship within Ireland and to selected international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs procedures, or other third parties.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened booster packs or other opened sealed products.

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.

  • Cards sold as part of random mystery products or custom-made products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

Approved returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

9. Single Cards

Single cards may only be returned if:

  • The item received does not match its description.

  • An error was made in fulfilling the order.

  • The product contains damage that was not disclosed in the listing.

10. Intellectual Property

Pokémon®, Pokémon Trading Card Game®, Magic: The Gathering®, Yu-Gi-Oh!®, and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

RYLUX TCG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any of these trademark owners unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

RYLUX TCG shall not be liable for:

  • Fluctuations in the market value of collectible cards or sealed products.

  • Financial losses resulting from investment, speculation, or resale activities involving TCG products.

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union regulations.
